Welcome to Distillery of Defiance in Defiance, Missouri where Co-owners Chris Lorch and Scott Koziatek make Judgment Tree Spirits.

We set out on a goal, and an unbreakable determination to live and make extraordinary spirits through the craft of distillation. It became a passion and a mission to get to this point and has been four years in the making. Living and working in the town of Defiance, Missouri where American legend Daniel Boone held court at the tree they called Judgment Tree, the Judgment Tree is where we drew inspiration. Judge us because we’ve worked and have done everything the hard way to deliver the finest spirits that make an amazing drink!
